After being postponed for two years due to COVID-19, the 2nd joint symposium between the University of California, Davis, College of Engineering (UC-COE) and Osaka University, Graduate School of Engineering Science (OU-ES) was held in December 2023 at Osaka University. UCD-COE and OU-ES have had academic exchange for the past 10 years. At the symposium, speakers introduced cutting-edge research in the field of Chemical Engineering Science and discussed ways to promote exchange between students and faculty members.
